What will I learn in the Class?

Mark Gostkiewicz, the Co-Founder of Tri Gable Lea Farm LLC will be presenting this class. Mark has been fly fishing for warm water, cold water and salt water species since 1995. When he was a teenager, his father took him to TU club meetings and helped foster a love of the sport and the art of fly tying. 

Mark will help decode what you need and what is really worth investing in to get started in fly tying. He has an extensive collection of materials. However, this is meant to be a primer and to help get those interested pointed in the right direction. There can be too many things to learn and Mark will show you some go-to resources and help decode all of the fly recipes out there so you can make flies that catch fish. 

There will be a take-away document reviewing the major tools, materials, and resources you'll want to look into. As well, it will have curated resources to help direct your future learning.
