When are the Live Classes?

This class is about 1hour in duration, with time at the end for some Q & A. As we get more support and expand our catalog & calendar, the main page calendar will be the best place to see all of our classes. Here are the dates we're offering this presentation.

Wednesday July 14th 2021 - 7PM EST
Wednesday January 12th 2022 - 7PM EST

What will I learn in the Class?

Mark Gostkiewicz, the Co-Founder of Tri Gable Lea Farm LLC will be presenting this class. Letterboxing is a family-fun activity where you use clues to find hidden boxes. The boxes typically contain a stamp and a log book. The art of hiding and finding these little gems is what makes it so fun for everyone. You can find these popular places like historical sites, parks, preserves, hiking trails, scenic views, ... almost anywhere. They are hidden in nearly every town. The adventure in hunting them down and "collecting" the stamp in your own stamp book is what keeps us coming back to this hobby.

We'll also discuss simple tools and materials you'll need if you want to carve your own stamps. We'll go over and carve a stamp live in class so you can see the techniques. Whether you become an artist who hides these or a seeker who finds them...your whole family will love this safe outdoor activity. It will take you places you never knew were there!
